Access to Site and Necessary Resources:
Users accessing our website acknowledge that machinery access and covered space for material storage at the site are essential and must be provided by the main contractor.

Provision of Resources:
The main contractor is responsible for providing free electricity and water for cleaning and flood testing (Water Leakage Test) at the site. Additionally, cement and sand must be supplied on the roof by the main contractor for the preparation of ridges and angle fillets.

Site Measurement and Rainwater Outlets:
Actual joint site measurements shall be taken before the completion of concrete work or the official contract agreement. Rainwater outlets must be provided by the main contractor for every 100 square meters of the project.

Work Initiation and Advance Payment:
Work will commence only after receiving the work order along with the advance payment from the client.

Exclusions from Scope of Work:
Any work not explicitly listed or priced in our offer is excluded from our scope of work.

Pricing and Measurement:
The price quoted in our quotation is on a per square meter basis, while skirting will be measured in linear meters.

Acceptable Work Area:
The area of work to receive our system must meet the acceptance criteria of our site engineer, ensuring the substrate surface is clean and accessible.

Change and Modifications:
Any changes, expansions, re-management, amendments, or plan changes will incur additional charges according to the workspace requirements.

Foundations and Payment Delays:
The main contractor’s delay in providing foundations or payment according to the payment terms mentioned below may impact project timelines.

Warranty Voidance for Unauthorized Changes:
Any changes made to the Waterproofing System by the main contractor after project completion will void the warranty.

Contract Signing Requirement:
Work will only commence after both parties sign the contract. Desert Dry Insulation Work is not responsible for any work done without a signed contract.

Warranty Certificate Issuance:
Desert Dry Insulation will issue a Warranty Certificate upon full payment realization. Without a signed contract, no Warranty Certificate will be provided.

Material Responsibility:
The first party will deliver the material to the work site, and the second party is fully responsible for safeguarding the material. In case of lost material, the second party bears the total cost.

Penalty for Cheque Bounce:
For each cheque bounce by the second party, a penalty of 500 AED will be charged. The first party reserves the right to halt work until payment clears.

Payment Delays and Right to Hold Site:
In case of payment delays from the main contractor, Desert Dry Insulation Work reserves the right to hold the work site.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Delays:
Desert Dry Insulation Work is not liable for delays beyond its control, such as force majeure events or third-party approvals.

Subcontractor Liability:
The subcontractor’s liability is limited to the extent of its own fault or negligence and does not include indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Deductibles:
Equipment foundation and roof upstand areas are not deductible, and an area less than one square meter is not deductible.

Material Price Variation:
If material prices increase from suppliers or manufacturers, Desert Dry Insulation Work reserves the right to adjust unit rates in the quotation. Work will recommence within seven days of accepting a variation order.

Back Charges for Idle Labor:
If Desert Dry Insulation Work’s labor is on-site without a work front, back charges may apply to the main contractor.

Escalation Clause & Cost for Delay:
Our price is subject to adjustment based on factors such as escalation. Any such adjustments will be considered extra charges.

Offer Validity:
Our offer is valid for 30 days from the date of submission.

Insurance:
Subcontractors must provide insurance under the Workman Compensation Act to cover accidents for staff and manpower on-site.

Final Quantity Measurement:
The final quantity is re-measurable based on the approved schedule of finishes and actual work executed at the site.

Variation Orders & Claims:
Any variations to the work must be communicated in writing, and Desert Dry Insulation Work will provide a variation offer listing cost and time impacts within seven days.

Standard GRP Ladder:
The unit rate for the standard GRP ladder with a supporting length of 200mm may change based on site conditions.

Unauthorized Workmanship:
Any workmanship provided to our site team by the main contractor during project execution without management approval will not be considered for price deductions.

Work Completion Responsibility:
Completion of work depends on the Main Contractor’s baseline program. Delays due to unavailability of work fronts must be compensated by the Main Contractor/Client.
