At Desert Dry Insulation, we take pride in delivering top-quality waterproofing services. To ensure your satisfaction and maintain the integrity of our work, we have established the following warranty policies. Please carefully review and adhere to these guidelines for your warranty to remain valid:
Full Payment Requirement:
To uphold the warranty, the full payment for our services must be made. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being void and invalid.
No Unauthorized Improvisation:
Any alterations or improvisations made to the roof or waterproofing system without our prior approval will void the warranty.
No Interference with the Waterproofing System:
Any plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work performed on the waterproofing system without our consent will void the warranty.
No Subcontractor Work:
If any other subcontractor works on the roof, it will void the warranty. We recommend consulting with us for any additional work needed.
No Coverage for Natural Disasters:
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or storms. In such cases, the warranty is not applicable.
Limited to Water Leakage:
Our warranty exclusively covers water leakage issues and does not extend to issues related to paint, coating, sealants, or any other materials used during the waterproofing process.
Keep Your Warranty Document Safe:
Physical copies of the warranty document are necessary for any warranty claims. If you lose the warranty paper, you will not be able to claim the warranty.
No Coverage for Intentional Damage:
Any intentional or unintentional damage inflicted upon the waterproofing system will not be eligible for warranty claims.
Non-Renewable and Non-Replacable:
Please note that our warranty is non-renewable and non-replaceable. It is a one-time, workmanship warranty provided for the initial waterproofing service.
Limited to Leakage Rectification:
In the event of a warranty claim, we will rectify the leakage area only. The entire roof or area will not be replaced, and new waterproofing will not be applied. No additional paint or coating will be provided.
Responsibility for Loose or Damaged Areas:
Desert Dry Insulation is not responsible for any damage or loosening of components in the case of leakage. Our warranty covers the waterproofing workmanship exclusively.

These warranty policies apply to all Desert Dry Insulation warranty certificates issued.
